Susan E. Kersley

I was a doctor in the NHS for more than 30 years. When I decided I wanted to retire early I found it difficult to find anyone who would listen and support me in my decision to leave medicine. However I finally found my new path in life and I have no regrets.

Since I changed my life I’ve learned a huge number of new skills.

Now I  encourage you, too, to live your dreams  and do NOW what you've been putting off for years, in or out of medicine.

As a result of my experiences, I realise how important it is to have someone who:

  • will listen to you, really listen,
  • will challenge and motivate you
  • helps you focus on what's  important for you
  • encourages you to be the real you
  • lets you can talk to about your life and how you would like it to be
  • respects your point of view and lets you discover the path you want to take

Because I understand where you're 'coming from', I  offer you that support and understanding to enable you to have a life whether in or out of medicine.

I work with stressed and overworked people who want a life. (mostly doctors)

I’ve noticed that people who spend most of their time solving everyone else's problems, don’t spend enough time looking after themselves.

Successful professionals, like  you, may sometimes wonder if your academic and or business  achievements  have been at the expense of the rest of their lives.

I'm passionate about enabling doctors to have a life.

I work with doctors who  want their lives to different.

If I worked with you  I would encourage  you to

  • get it all back into proportion,
  • consider what choices you have
  • realise you have more choices
  • be motivated to make the changes you want

After just a few sessions most of my clients make big shifts in the way they view their life and the way they organise their time.   I know you can do this too! I’m passionate about encouraging doctors to have a life as well as being excellent professionals.  Coaching is about making changes for the better happen in your life a fun and productive way.

Is this the right time for us to have a conversation about your life?
