Coaching has three parts
Before the call: think about whats
happening in your life and what
you want to discuss during the session.
The session itself: you will be listened
to, challenged, gain some insights and agree what you action to
take.
After the call: you think about what was
discussed and notice how it impacts on your life; and take
the actions you promised.
How many coaching
sessions?
I offer you
coaching on an 'as and when' basis. No long term contract. You only need to commit
to a couple of sessions at a time.
With the
questions I ask and your willingness to be open to new
perspectives, the resulting changes
in your understanding of your situation is likely to mean you
can make the changes you want, very quickly.
However you may want to have a session or two
from time to time, as a 'top-up
session when you feel 'stuck' and want to gain some clarity
about something and make a decision, to keep your motivation high
and make the changes you want to improve your
life.
